Connor McCarty started his real estate career with Simon Property Group in 2016. He worked for multiple landlords prior to making his transition to the tenant side in 2021 with Shake Shack. As Manager of Real Estate for Shake Shack, Connor handles new store development in over 30 cities in the Central region of the United States. Shake Shack is one of the hottest and fastest growing restaurant chains in the US with over 200 domestic restaurants open and plans for many more.
