Throughout his career, Cory has specialized in nationwide leasing of outdoor lifestyle centers, ground-up developments and representation of tenants in strategic national expansion. Cory’s expertise representing landlords during development, leasing and re-merchandising of shopping centers has not only maximized asset value for his clients, but has also created a uniquely curated and compelling merchandise mix, resulting in shopping environments that are custom-tailored to their markets and consumers. Cory has also assisted retailers and landlords with real estate disposition and lease restructuring that has resulted in millions of dollars of income to his clients. Cory is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado where he lives with his wife and daughter.
