Courtney is the Systems Director, Real Estate Transactions with Catholic Health Initiatives for the past three years. CHI is a healthcare system based in Inverness, Colorado with sites in 19 states. She has been on the Healthcare side of the industry since getting her Master’s in Business Administration. She began on the development side and has evolved to running one of the larger portfolios of 54 Million SF. CHI has a very lien organization and Courtney has a hands on approach.  All new space, renewals, and new construction are her responsibilities, including administrative space, clinics, hospitals and data centers.  Courtney recently completed a sale leaseback structure for 51 of their 400 buildings with an aggregate value of over $700 Million for 3.2 Million SF.  This to date it is the largest sale leaseback ever in the healthcare industry.
