Professional Experience 

Dan joined CBRE in 2013 as the Retail Brokerage Market Leader in Colorado Springs. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 and specializes in landlord and developer representation of class ‘A’ retail properties. Dan lists more than 3.5 million square feet of retail space with assets ranging from large-scale power and lifestyle projects to grocery anchored centers.

Before joining CBRE, Dan was the Director of Leasing for five years at a retail specialty boutique firm.
