As Senior Vice President of Housing for McWhinney, Dani oversees all multifamily and build-for-rent development including land acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, entitlements, design, project execution and lease-up. Dani previously held development positions with Related Midwest, covering mixed-use development activities in Chicago, and the John Buck Company where she evaluated development and acquisition opportunities in the Midwest and California. Prior to starting her career in real estate, Dani worked in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy group in Washington, DC. Dani earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts from American University.
