Ms. Johnson joined ConAm Colorado in March 2017 bringing with her 15 years of property management experience. Ms. Johnson moved to Colorado in 2007 from Texas after working with Sherman Residential as an onsite associate. She joined JRK Property Holdings in 2007 and held various roles within the organization from onsite management, the traveling takeover team and the traveling training team. Most recently from 2011 to 2017 she was the Regional Manager for the Denver/Colorado Springs region with JRK Property Holdings. She has extensive renovation and rehab experience and has managed portfolios with tax credit communities as well as conventional communities up to 3000 units. In the past three years she has managed six HUD communities, including a lease up and is currently a candidate HCCP designation. She has had her Colorado Real Estate License since 2017 and her CAPS designation since 2020.
