As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Darren’s approach to real estate is both highly quantitative and qualitative in his analysis and selection of opportunities. As a serial entrepreneur, Darren creates value from the ground up with companies such as Recentric Realty Capital, and Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers. Prior to 2003, Darren was the driving force behind the internet start-up, Winebid.com which was successfully sold in 2002.
