As a broker associate on the Healthcare Real Estate group in the Denver office, Darren combines his industry knowledge and financial acumen to provide comprehensive real estate solutions for the Rocky Mountain region’s Healthcare users and owners.

He partners with healthcare systems, hospitals, providers, and institutional owners of real estate. Services include strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, financial analysis, and lease negotiations.
Experience

Darren has 7 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Darren was an operations analyst at NexCore Group, a national developer of healthcare real estate based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Darren collaborated with the asset management, leasing, and accounting teams to manage a 2.4 million square foot, Class-A medical office building portfolio. He was also an asset management associate at American Healthcare Investors, a real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition and management of healthcare-related real estate.
Darren’s collaborative nature and entrepreneurial spirit drew him to a career in real estate. Working with some of the nation’s leaders in healthcare requires meaningful partnership.

Education and Affiliations
Darren received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University. Darren received his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Indianapolis.
