David Carnicelli provides management and oversight on architectural projects initiated by our private sector clients. His multi-family and residential projects in particular reflect his strong ability to deliver forward-thinking, socially conscious designs that impact communities for the better.
David brings more than 25 years of architecture and design experience across a number of building types – most significantly in multi-family and residential facilities. David’s dedication to improving communities through design is particularly evident in his sustainable and affordable housing projects, including Lakehouse, a Denver condominium project that aims to be the first multi-family building certified both by the WELL International Institute and by Energy Star. On the affordable housing side, through his work on projects such as Ashley Union Station and Broadway and Acoma Lofts, David is helping to ensure residents of all income levels have an opportunity to benefit from conveniently located housing in Denver’s rapidly growing downtown area.
The former New Yorker graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a dual bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Science before coming to Colorado in 1992. He now considers the Centennial state home, so outside the office, you’ll find him with his family, enjoying all Colorado has to offer.
