David Hewett is an expert in Asset Management with over 35 years of leadership experience principally working in Commercial and Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management. As a Principal with Trammell Crow/CBRE David served as the Alliance Director for Pacific Gas and Electric, Comerica Bank, and Volkswagen of America. Experience extends to Project and Program Management to include Strategic Planning and Development. As Director, Western Region Project Management David was responsible for the development and implementation of Asset Management and Project Management services to a broad range of corporate customers across the western United States. Some of the Clients included, Microsoft, PMC-Sierra, Pitney Bowes, California Federal Savings, McKesson, Volkswagen of America plus Special Assignments. David achieved the following designations: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and was one of the first ten people in the world to be named a BOMA International Fellow.
