David is a real estate investment professional with 15 years experience investing in private and public market real estate transactions across the capital structure and property types. As a Director in the production group of Ready Capital, David is responsible for sourcing, structuring and closing loans for the firm’s nationwide middle market bridge lending platform with a focus on transitional and value-add real estate opportunities, Freddie Mac Small Balance and non-recourse Construction loans. David has been the lead originator for over $950 million in bridge and fixed rate loans across 75+ transactions.

Prior to Ready Capital, David held positions at FirstKey Lending, Prudential Real Estate Investors, J.P.Morgan and Deloitte Consulting. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he focused on real estate and finance. He is a CFA Charterholder, earning the designation in 2009.
