David McCurdy joined ExchangeRight in August of 2016 and is the Senior Vice President covering the Midwestern Region.  He is a seventeen year veteran of the financial industry specializing in securitized Real Estate Offerings having wholesaled at Inland and Steadfast and also was National Sales Manager for Compass EMP, an asset allocation manager. Most recently Mr. McCurdy wholesaled Mutual Funds for Transamerica out of Denver.  Mr. McCurdy graduated from NC State University with an Industrial Engineering degree and earned a Masters of Science in Management from Georgia State University.  He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds Series 7, 63 and insurance licenses.
