David L. Sinkey – President and Founder: Mr. Sinkey is responsible for culture and vision at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods as well as identifying, structuring, and financing development opportunities. Mr. Sinkey received a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) and Certificate of Excellence in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Leeds School of Business of the University of Colorado. He also completed the Advanced Management and Development Program at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard. David is a recipient of “40 under 40” awards from the Boulder County Business Report, Denver Business Journal, Professional Builder Magazine, and the Colorado Biz Magazine Top 25 Young Professionals. David is a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of YPO, the Urban Land Institute as well as the Colorado and National Association of Homebuilders.  David is married and has three girls. He is an Eagle Scout and private pilot.
