As a design principal at Cuningham Group, Dave Stahl works with large teams of architects and consultants and has a wealth of experience designing market-rate housing, condominiums, senior housing and hotels, as well as other mixed-use projects. He has a solid understanding of the goals of developers and talent for weaving the complex needs of multiple uses into one well-functioning building. David’s collaborative work style includes all clients and stakeholders in the design process from a project’s inception. He has a particular interest in the Millennial generation, offering expertise on the interests and demands of what is currently the largest population of renters.

David has authored articles on various multi-family housing topics and has been a presenter at the National MHA Convention and the MN AIA Convention.  His multi-family housing and hotel project work have won industry awards for excellence and he was named one the Twin Cities Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
