With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, David Stensby specializes in market planning, while building and managing teams of world-class real estate professionals and developers. Staying in lock-step with his teams to identify best-in-class retail real estate, they have identified, entitled, and developed more than 125 successful 7-Eleven convenience, fuel, and restaurant locations stretching from the Rockies to eastern Tennessee.

Prior to joining the 7-Eleven real estate team during the summer of 2012, Stensby spent six years with Mid-America Real Estate in Chicago as a Broker, specializing in shopping center leasing, land brokerage, and excess property disposition.

Upon graduation from Columbia Chicago, David spent eight years with NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks, serving as Director of Team Services, as well as a Corporate Sponsorship Account Executive.
Stensby resides in Arvada, Colorado with wife Heather and sons Niko and Graham.
