Determined to build Sage’s portfolio in a purposeful way, Dean’s deep understanding of our business and incredible rapport with our partners strike the perfect balance between the personal and the professional.

From rebuilding our investment model to being involved in nearly all of our new business related to acquisitions and third-party management contracts, Dean has been an integral part of the investments and business development team since joining us in 2014. As the Managing Director, Growth & Investments, Dean leads all of our new business initiatives, including identifying investment opportunities for both acquisitions and development, as well as growing our third-party management portfolio for both hotels and restaurants.

Dean has called Denver home for nearly a decade, and when he’s not traveling for work he enjoys taking in all that the Mile High City has to offer from professional sports to incredible dining and beautiful scenery.
