Dean Steib is the Director of Property Management at RangeWater Real Estate, where he leads the development and management of employee and client relationships across the Colorado and Arizona markets. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, client relations, and property operations, Dean brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Since joining RangeWater in 2023, Dean has leveraged his extensive background in lease-ups, renovations, repositioning strategies, and operational excellence to help deliver exceptional results for clients and residents alike. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the industry’s most respected organizations and is known for his ability to build and empower high-performing teams, always keeping both client and associate goals at the forefront — and ensuring there’s some fun along the way.

Dean earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Nicholls State University. A Denver resident for over a decade, he has deep knowledge of the city and its surrounding sub-markets, making him a trusted leader in the region’s real estate landscape.
