My value comes through an extensive understanding of the entitlement and permitting process, understanding when and who to push on, and my unique ability to successfully navigate that process through use of long standing relationships, being diplomatic, and understanding how to build a compelling story that resonates with our regulatory partners. My construction background lends itself to a thorough understanding of project scheduling, budget, and detailing. Time is money, and I treat your money as though I am spending my own!

My project experience varies from sites less than an acre to greater than 2500 acres and pretty much everywhere in between. Project types include urban infill, multi-family (urban and suburban), office, industrial, hospitality, commercial/retail (small and large scale), institutional (medical & school), military, single family, and renewable energy with a strong resume related to downtown projects within City and County of Denver.

My project abilities include site civil design, entitlements, due diligence, program management, plan review and site inspection services. I have 25+ years of construction and engineering experience.
