In the past 14 years, Senior Project Manager Derek Stathis has provided project management and preconstruction services on over $180 million in senior housing across Colorado’s Front Range. His projects span the spectrum from affordable to luxury senior living communities and include ground-up work and occupied renovations. Derek’s senior expertise includes in-depth interface and collaboration with permitting officials and CDPHE/DFPC. He is currently the head of Pinkard’s Senior Living Group.

Derek won an ABC National Excellence in Construction award in 2011 for his $42 million renovation of Christian Living Communities’ Clermont Park Campus.

In his leisure, Derek enjoys fly-fishing, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and children.
