Devon supports organizations in solving complex problems, particularly related to sustainability, performance, and impact. She helps organizations define, develop, and implement customized sustainability programs and/or standards for their building portfolios that authentically align with their brand, values, and purpose. She also supports cross-functional communications and strategy to achieve buy-in among key stakeholders and align efforts with organizations’ broader strategic goals and ESG efforts, and works with organizations to identify areas of material impact and opportunities for improvement that include research-based, cost-effective, and data-driven solutions. Alongside this, Devon tracks, measures, and manages building portfolio impacts (energy, water, waste, emissions, etc.) to understand baseline performance, establish goal-setting, and implement strategies for ongoing improvement.
