Diane Medina serves as Vice President of Property Management, overseeing operational and financial success in the Central region. Mrs. Medina will supervise day-to-day operations, support predevelopment and lease-up activities, provide leadership, and foster team-building initiatives.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mrs. Medina served as Vice President of Multifamily Operations at McWhinney, a Denver-based developer, where she was responsible for all aspects of the multifamily operations division.

Prior to her tenure at McWhinney, Mrs. Medina was Vice President at Grand Peaks, where she helped start the management company, which grew from 12 to over 40 properties in 7 states. There, she oversaw property operations and supervised IT, Risk Management & Facilities, Revenue Management, Marketing and Training departments.

Mrs. Medina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix.
