Doug Hinckley joined UCHealth in 2018 as the Real Estate Director for UCHealth hospital system. He oversees a system-wide portfolio of over 450 hospital, clinical and office locations along the Colorado Front Range, and directs the organization’s real estate processes to promote efficiency, waste reduction and risk management.

Prior to his time at UCHealth, Hinckley held several portfolio management roles and has experience with a variety of product types. Among those roles include overseeing the strategic growth of the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, TX’s portfolio from a community-based hospital to a regional healthcare system over a 4 year period. He also held asset management roles with Lexington Realty Trust (REIT), directing a portfolio of varied and value-add assets, and with the Fortune 500 Company, JCPenney, managing the divesture repositioning strategy of over 900 assets.

Hinckley earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas in Dallas, Texas, and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
