As a Principal and designer of award-winning communities throughout the United States, Doug has contributed greatly to KEPHART’s reputation as a leader in design. He utilizes his 30+ years of experience to balance design trends with marketplace longevity and construction costs. His experience includes the design of build-to-rent, modular, rural and mid-to-high density multifamily communities.

Doug is a nationally recognized industry expert on residential design trends and has been a guest speaker at numerous venues including the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show and local Home Builder Association events. His work and forward-thinking ideas have been highlighted in a variety of industry publications including Builder, Professional Builder, and Builder and Developer Magazine. Doug also championed the opening of KEPHART’s first out-of-Colorado office in Phoenix, Arizona with a focus on developing strategic relationships to bring more impactful housing solutions to the Arizona market.
