His experience includes the design of master planned communities, high density in-fill concepts, and a wide range of single and multi-family for sale projects.

Doug is a nationally recognized industry expert on residential design trends and has been a guest speaker at numerous venues including the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show, 50+ Symposium, Builder Radio, and local Home Builder Association functions.  His work and forward-thinking ideas have been highlighted in a variety of industry publications including Builder, Professional Builder, Builder and Developer and the Colorado Real Estate Journal.
