With twenty years of experience in the clean energy and commercial real estate sectors, Eliot specializes in utilizing innovative financing and strategic partnerships to deploy clean energy solutions in the built environment that increase value, reduce operating costs, and deliver positive impact. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Clean Energy Solutions for Pivot Energy, where he oversees business development efforts for corporate and commercial real estate clients across the U.S.

Eliot is a recipient of Denver Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award, served as Board Treasurer for the Colorado Solar and Storage Association from 2019-2023, and is a frequent speaker at energy and real estate conferences nationwide.
