Elisabeth Borden is an active student of consumer trends and preferences in senior care and housing.  A baby boomer herself, she is informed and passionate about the development of new approaches to housing and care for her generation.

She has had the vision to initiate successful, innovative projects in Colorado and elsewhere. Her knowledge and skill have grown from hands-on experience such as:

• Developer and manager of senior communities
• Regional operations director
• Corporate marketing consultant
• Planner, market researcher and marketing consultant for more than 200 clients

Today, Elisabeth leads The Highland Group team, transferring this experience to the benefit of client projects and initiatives.

Elisabeth earned her M.A. in Long-Term Care Administration from the Center for Studies in Aging at the University of North Texas. She is a frequent contributing writer to industry publications and a retreat and conference speaker.
