Elli Lobach has been with Grand Peaks since 2015 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Colorado. Mrs. Lobach has directly developed and constructed more than 1,500 rental units totaling over $300 million and managed acquisitions and dispositions totaling more than $300 million. Her previous employment included time with Holland Partner Group, Archstone Communities, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Mrs. Lobach earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Real Estate and Project Management degree from Harvard University. She currently resides in Parker, CO and operates out of the corporate office.
