Eric Farrington is the owner of Farrington Construction Management. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell College in Economics and Business and History. After completing his graduate coursework in Construction Management at Colorado State University, Eric became a Project Manager for one of the nation’s largest apartment development firms; specializing in luxury multi-family residential development. Eric has successfully completed over $1.5B in construction and development projects and has worked in Iowa, Wisconsin, Oregon, Wyoming and Colorado. He specializes in large and difficult projects requiring great sub-contractor relationships and intensive logistics planning. He has won four project of the year honors along with an exceptional service award and held a 98% return client ratio over the last 26 years.
