Eric is a co-founder and the Chief Investment Officer of Cardinal Group Companies. Eric leads the company’s investment and development efforts and is responsible for crafting investment strategies, identifying opportunities, structuring capital, and driving execution. Under his leadership, Cardinal has grown from an entrepreneurial venture into an institutional investment manager investing nationally across multiple product types and execution strategies.

Over the course of Eric’s 20+ year real estate career, he has gained experience working across various product types while executing multiple investment and development strategies. In addition, he has successfully navigated numerous economic cycles by following his investment philosophy driven by macro and demographic shifts.

He holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance and International Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration.
