Eric Sloan has spent over 15 years helping organizations realize full the full potential of cutting-edge products and tap the power of big data for business impact. In his role as SVP of Products for TouchSource, Eric leads product R&D and innovation at the intersection where digital technology, eCommerce, IoT advanced hardware solutions meet. He puts the power of cloud-based software and advanced analytics to work where people engage with on-site digital tools such as wayfinding kiosks, advanced digital displays and interactive digital displays that personalize consumer interactions in today’s “smart spaces”. Prior to TouchSource, Eric served a product leader at Kore Wireless (an IoT connectivity provider), Wyless (an IoT connectivity provider) and IHS Markit (the world leader in critical information, analytics, and solutions).  He also led service teams and operations at Avaya.
