Erin has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Revel Communities/The Wolff Resident Experience Company, an operator of 13 luxury Independent Living communities across the Western United States. Previous to that role, Erin served as the Senior VP of Operations for Cogir Senior Living and Executive Vice President of Operations for Anthology Senior Living, overseeing portfolios of 24 and 36 assisted living/independent living/memory care communities, respectively. Prior to her time at Anthology she was the Vice President of Strategic Operations for Spectrum Retirement Communities, assisting in the identification and implementation of operational initiatives for the 45-building portfolio. Erin earned both her BA in Molecular Biology and MBA at the University of Colorado.
