Erin Clark has served as the Chief Real Estate Investment Officer for the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) since April 2022. In this role, Erin leverages her public, private, and non-
profit expertise in urban planning and real estate law to oversee the real estate department’s redevelopment activities, guide investment decisions, and foster strategic
partnerships with government and community partners to achieve DHA’s goals of expanding Denver’s supply of high-quality affordable residences in sustainable
communities.
Erin currently represents DHA on the DRCOG Regional Transportation Committee and History Colorado’s Preservation Programs Committee. She previously served as a gubernatorial appointee to the Colorado State Land Board, a mayoral appointee to the Denver Planning Board, and as a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Real Estate
Council.
Recognized as a Trailblazer by the Denver Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and named a Rising Star at BisNow’s Women Leading Real Estate awards, Erin was also a nominee for the Housing Colorado Eagle Award as a leader in affordable housing. Erin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Masters in Planning from USC, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University
