Erin Crowley is the Division Manager for Colorado / Wyoming with Asset Preservation, Inc, a leading national IRC §1031 “Qualified Intermediary” and is efficient at handling exchanges in every state in the nation. She is an expert in tax deferred exchanges with a strong background in the real estate industry spanning over 30 years. Her background includes commercial and residential brokerage, development, appraisal, title and real estate technology sales.

Ms. Crowley has extensive experience speaking to real estate investors, brokers, attorneys, tax and financial advisors on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. Her exchange presentations are very lively, practical, and informative. They feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.
