Evan Kurtis is the Director of Development and Construction at Revesco Properties. His responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of Revesco’s development projects, overseeing design, entitlements, construction, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. His high school summers were spent on job site and now has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Prior roles at M.A. Mortenson Construction and the Tarr Whitman Group included project management, preconstruction, scheduling, cost analysis, and owner’s representation on major developments across Denver, Seattle, and Texas.

Evan has played key roles in transformative Denver projects such as The River Mile, BioScience 3, Denver Water OCR and the Sonder Hotel LoHi, and he contributes to Revesco’s broader investment strategy through REIT due diligence and capital improvement planning. He is a graduate of the University of Denver with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Real Estate & Construction Management. Living in Denver since 2007 and an avid skier, hiker, and traveler, he most enjoys passing these passions down to his daughter.
