Fred Couzens is a former Amazon leader with a proven track record of scaling high-performance operations and teams. During his six years with the company, he helped grow Amazon’s delivery network from 350 to more than 2,500 entrepreneurs nationwide and later supported cloud optimization efforts for Oracle, Google, and Microsoft within Amazon Web Services.

In 2022, Fred founded Wabeek, a 7 Brew franchise group developing the West Denver and Northern Colorado markets. He has since opened two top-performing locations—Firestone and Wheat Ridge, the highest-volume stores in Colorado—and is preparing for four additional openings in 2026. Fred’s biggest challenge is securing Grade-A real estate at sustainable costs, and he has successfully leveraged the sale-leaseback model to fund growth and expand his 7 Brew footprint.
