Mr. Konker currently oversees Clarion Partners’ industrial holdings in the Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, and Kansas City markets. In this role, he is responsible for real estate development and acquisition activities as well as oversight of leasing and property management. His portfolio consists of approximately 11 million square feet with a current value exceeding $950 million.

Previously, Mr. Konker managed Clarion’s industrial holdings in the Dallas-Fort Worth market totaling approximately 20 million square feet and $1 billion in assets. Prior to this, Mr. Konker oversaw Clarion’s industrial financial underwriting as the Sr. Analyst where his team managed the financial modeling and analysis of capital deployments in to acquisitions and development joint ventures as well as dispositions, JV structuring, and partner buy-outs. His background includes all aspects of investment management – acquisitions, asset management, leasing, operations, financing and sales.

Mr. Konker joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the real estate industry in 2005. Residing in Dallas, he sits on the associate board for the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU and is an active member of TREC and ULI.
