Gary Dominguez is the Construction Manager for Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). He has been with CHFA since 2009. In his role, Dominguez interacts with various divisions at CHFA to review development costs, documents, and project conditions to assist in Housing Tax Credit allocation, underwriting, loan conditions, project draw reviews, and close out.

Prior to joining CHFA, Dominguez worked for a variety of construction companies in California, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Texas, providing business development, project management, and pre-construction management, and estimating services. His experience spans working with a broad range of real estate types such as commercial high-rise buildings, mid-rise office buildings, campus research facilities, and commercial/residential mixed-use developments.

Dominguez volunteers with the Home Builders Foundation, including serving as a participant in the organization’s annual Blitz Build, which convenes volunteers to build wheelchair ramps at residential homes to improve accessibility for Coloradans living with disabilities. He has also served on the board of directors for both Rocky Mountain Communities and Hispanic Contractors of Colorado.

Dominguez holds of Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the Kansas State University School of Engineering.
