Gary Dragul is the President and Founder of GDA Real Estate Services, LLC, a commercial real estate acquisitions company in Greenwood Village, Colorado, that acquired and actively works on day to day leasing for over 84 properties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, South Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. In 2007, GDA acquired approximately $200 million of shopping centers and subsequently $150 million of Shopping Centers in 2008. During the past twelve months, GDA acquired approximately $64 million and historically has purchased 10 – 15 shopping centers every year.  Gary has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 27 years, closing transactions in excess of 1.5 billion dollars.

Gary Dragul graduated from The University of Denver in Denver, Colorado in 1984 with a degree in finance.
