Gina Guarascio is currently an Executive Vice President with JLL responsible for approximately 4 million square feet of Class AA downtown high rise, mixed-use and suburban office buildings. Gina oversees all aspects of operational, financial, sustainability and project management for the assets including capital expenditures and long-range strategic planning.   Her areas of expertise include asset re-positioning, strategic expense analysis, community creation, staff development and team formulation and value add capital improvements.

Community Involvement

Gina is currently serving as co-chair of Downtown Denver Partnership’s Property Owner Council and serves on the 5280 Loop Executive Board. She has previously served two terms on DDP’s Denver Business Improvement District (“BID”) Board and the Upper Downtown Improvement Task Force.
