Graham Williams joined Tract Capital at inception and is the Chief Investment Officer.

He is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Tract Capital’s various investment strategies. Graham is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Allocation Committee and Investment Committees.

Graham has also acted as an operating advisor for Columbia Capital, where he focused on platform development for a number of digital infrastructure strategies. Most notably, Centra, an edge data center provider for which he currently sits on the Board of Directors.

Prior to launching Tract Capital, Graham was the Chief Operating Officer of Cologix, and was responsible for global operations, construction, product management and marketing. He oversaw data center design and build functions through Cologix’s evolution from retail colocation facilities to hyperscale wholesale data centers.

Graham also led direct transactions with hyperscalers at the network, content delivery, data center and interconnection service layers. In addition, he helped launch and scale four independent, member-run internet exchanges that today facilitate exchange of ~3Tbps of peering traffic.

Prior to Cologix, Graham’s digital infrastructure career began at Level 3 Communications, where he held multiple positions across Corporate Strategy, Commercial Management and Product Management during the roll out of the first content delivery network integrated directly onto a Tier 1 backbone.
