Heather Park Meek focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development, financing and leasing. Heather represents a wide array of clients, ranging from small business owners and commercial tenants to real estate developers and institutional banks. She dedicates a substantial portion of her practice to representing commercial landlords in their leasing activities in industrial, office and retail spaces.
Heather frequently handles innovative leasing arrangements for non-traditional real estate projects, such as co-working spaces, adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects, and pop-up concepts. In addition to Heather’s leasing practice, her experience includes representing a multinational institutional client related to the financing of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Heather often draws on her prior experience as part of the firm’s litigation group to counsel clients on potential legal issues with a forward-thinking lens.
Heather serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
