Heather has been in the multifamily industry for over 17 years, successfully managing Class A and B garden style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities ranging from 156 to 372 units. She has expertise in stabilized assets, lease ups, and property acquisitions/dispositions in the Downtown Denver market and surrounding submarkets as well as the Northern Colorado Market.
