Herndon was born and raised in Mobile, AL and after a brief stint in brokerage work along the Gulf Coast he packed his bags and headed West via Austin, TX for a year. Herndon has been living in Denver since 2014 and works on acquisitions out of the Denver office. If he’s not in the office you can find him in the mountains skiing, hiking, rafting or fishing!
