Hilary is a Senior Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas with more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. She focuses on institutional office investment sales advisory transactions in Denver and Rocky Mountain region.

Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Hilary worked at CBRE, Inc. where she was one of the market’s top office leasing brokers. She has worked with owners on redeveloping and repositioning their office assets and provided strategic consulting and deal executions
