Hilary joined Colorado’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) in May 2023 as the Director of Innovative Funding for Housing Programs, a new division formed to coordinate OEDITs housing programs including the Proposition 123 Affordable Housing Finance Fund, Middle Income Housing Authority, Innovative Housing Incentive Program and ADU Finance program. She was a local elected official in San Miguel County, CO for over ten years focused on local affordable housing development and Statewide policy. When not in elected office, Hilary managed several non-profits and published an international adventure and lifestyle magazine. In her free time she loves outdoor adventures with family and friends.
