Ian joined the Hamilton Zanze Acquisitions team in May 2022. As a director on the acquisitions team, Ian is responsible for evaluating potential acquisition opportunities and working closely with commercial brokers, lenders, and sellers. Prior to HZ, he was a Director of Capital Markets at Newmark in San Francisco. Additionally, Ian has worked at Personal Capital and Morgan Stanley.

Ian earned his B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University, where he also played on the NCAA Baseball team. He resides in San Francisco and enjoys golfing, surfing, and spending time outdoors.
