Professional Experience

ExperienceIris has extensive and diverse commercial real estate experience representing occupiers throughout North America. Her technical expertise relates to project management, construction management, real estate development, lease negotiation and asset management, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Her experience is instrumental in providing clients with the leadership necessary to increase NOI, increase value and bring projects in on-time and on-budget.

Iris is a member of the Denver Daniels College Alumni Committee and the Women’s Professional Network.

Education

Iris has a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver where she is a

Burns School of Real Estate class captain. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado.
