Jake Whitted brings a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to navigating all components of real estate deals and helping his clients realize their objectives. Jake’s local and national real estate practice focuses on the development, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of a variety of real estate asset classes, including commercial and industrial properties and portfolios, multifamily apartment and condominium developments, mixed-use, office and retail projects, and senior living facilities.

Jake assists real estate owners and developers through the transaction process and property life cycle, including initial deal structuring, due diligence review, joint venture partnerships, acquisition and construction financing, and related development, leasing, operational and management services. He also represents institutional and private equity lenders on a range of real estate financing transactions, from initial acquisition and development financing to bridge and securitized loans.

Jake also serves as the co-chair of the Summer Associate Committee.
