Jim Parker is Chief Operating Officer of MorningStar Senior Living, having joined the company in late 2017 with over 30 years of operational and development expertise in the senior housing industry.

His introduction at 15 years old to a senior care community was, frankly, an unpleasant experience. As his career evolved, he was drawn back to senior living, and the sweeping changes the industry was experiencing as it matured and reinvented itself. Increasingly, his professional sights were set on making a relevant difference, and bringing seniors and their families together in optimal ways.
