Jamy is a Principal at ME Engineers where he leads their Building Performance group in North America. He is a mechanical engineer, energy modeler, policy analyst and sustainability consultant with 30 years of experience in green buildings and net zero energy projects. Jamy is the past Chair of the USGBC’s Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group (EA TAG) to the LEED Rating System where he led discussions on LEED v5 proposals to better reflect the urgency around carbon. He is a voting member of ASHRAE’s new draft standard 242P for Calculation of Building Operational Greenhouse Gas Emissions. Jamy frequently presents at Greenbuild, IBPSA and ASHRAE on Whole Life Carbon, energy codes and policy.
