Janine Halverson is in Denver, CO and is responsible for direct loan originations for all types of loan products offered by Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital. These include FHA-insured, Balance Sheet/Bridge financing and GSE loans for market rate, affordable, assisted living, skilled nursing, and independent living projects.

She began her career with Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital in 2014, after working ten years with the HUD Denver Office of Multifamily. As HUD Multifamily Director of Operations, Janine oversaw a six-state region for FHA-insurance as well as the 202 and 811 programs. Prior to HUD, Janine worked at the Colorado Housing Finance Authority and for a private property management company.

She currently serves as Secretary for Brothers Redevelopment, a local non-profit social services and housing developer and as a loan committee member for Mercy Community Capital, a 501 c(3) Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

Janine is a graduate of Colorado State University and the Public Affairs School at CU Denver.
